The art designers’ inspirations come from applying the art of ocean world with the spinning mold to create ceramic vases for the magic of Art.
After milling, pulverizing, altering, grinding, cleaning and then mixing clays with specific chemical assemblies, the mixture is ready for forming into the main shape, along with the completion of compression in order to force out air bubbles from the entire space.
Handmade-Shaping the material is created by the experts in the manufacture or skilled workers to deal with the clay features and mixing formula. Whenever the shaped material is finally done, it comes to the stage of decorative art for creating a touch of inspirations and splendid charms in details of the workpiece.
A piece of ceramic art can be completed by molding, chopping, writing, scraping, painting, filling, rolling or designing freestyles as a variety of making the model clay into all kinds of shapes, which develop to be the gift of a heart-attaching the designed decorations to the main part that represents thoughtful details of creative manufacture.
Before the first raw ring step to produce the biscuit, the designed material is entirely dry for sure. The drying process is made in the kiln for the faster task. The ceramic items are heated up in the fire in the low temperature not to be melted or cracked. After the raw firing, the material turns into orange, called “a biscuit”
After the first firing in the kiln, the workers bring the biscuit to the cleaning step, by washing thoroughly just to eliminate the dirty dust. And then checking the ceramic items if there are any fractures or damages shown after the raw firing. The damaged ones will be chosen off, only the fine items will be glazed.
After drying the material in the sunlight for a while, the glazing process begins by dipping the biscuit into the mixture of selective colors. The glazed piece will be shiny and brilliant in beautiful, eye-catching and attractive colors.
Before the second sintering, it’s important to operate the re-checking step if there are any parts left unglazed or not overall covered through the glazing process, then those unfinished particles must be entirely re-glazed and redone.
Sintering or the second firing will lead the glazed item to be sintered in the oven until reaching the high temperature of 1,295 . It’s called a glazed firing step. After Sintering the size of the ceramic products will be smaller.
All of the decorated pieces or ceramic art products after sintering process will be selected only the first grade for placing in stock ready for packing and shipping.
